Is Change It For Good right for you?

How is this different from traditional therapy?

Therapy often focuses on diagnosis, healing past wounds, and managing mental health conditions. Our work is coaching & consulting: we honor your emotional landscape while orienting around present patterns and future choices. It’s about helping you take aligned action and integrate change into your everyday life. We’re happy to refer you to therapeutic support if that’s more appropriate.

What happens during the strategy session?

We’ll explore where you are right now, what you want to change, and what keeps getting in the way. Together, we’ll outline a 60–90 day focus and identify which combination of strategy sessions, accountability coaching, and/or events would best support you. You’ll leave with clarity and next steps—even if you decide not to continue.

Do I have to commit to a long program?

No. Many clients start with a single strategy session or a short accountability container. If we both feel that deeper work is needed, we can discuss a custom coaching plan. You stay in choice the entire time.

Is this suitable if I'm already working with a therapist or coach?

Yes. Many clients come in already doing therapeutic work or business coaching. Our work layers especially well when you’re ready to translate insight into consistent, embodied action. We’ll always respect and complement any existing support you have.
